Tacos and burritos are never made the same way at our house. It's usually a combo of things hanging out in the fridge.
For these, I purposely made another batch of my Jackfruit Carnitas in anticipation of trying it in a taco.
-Cabbage slaw- shredded cabbage, vegenaise, lemon pepper, salt
-Daiya chedder style cheese
-Avocado- mashed with a little lime and garlic powder
-Our favorite brand of corn tortillas
Warm tortillas over a gas stove or put in the oven under the broiler. Pile on all of your ingredients and enjoy!
