Moist and Delicious Vegan Banana Bread!

Use super ripe bananas for this one and you'll be in for a treat!

2 large ripe bananas mashed
1c oat flour
1/2c whole wheat flour
1/2c coconut oil
1/2c coconut sugar
1tsp pure vanilla extract
1/2tsp baking soda
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4tsp sea salt
chopped walnuts, optional

Preheat oven to 350 degrees and oil bread pan or line it with parchment paper.
Mix all dry ingredients together and set aside.
Mix bananas, oil, sugar and vanilla together until creamy.
Add your dry ingredients to your wet and mix until just combined.
Pour batter into pan and bake 30 minutes or until a toothpick in the middle comes out clean.

Slice and devour!
