What My Vegan Kids Eat for Breakfast, Green Smoothie Bowl
This month I started a series called, What My Vegan Kids Eat for Breakfast. People often ask me what I feed my vegan family, so I hope these daily blogs help anyone starting out or gives you ideas for your own families. Please feel free to share what you feed your vegan family as well!

Green Smoothie Bowl
1 banana, frozen pineapple, frozen kale, spirulina, maca powder and just enough coconut water to blend until smooth.
Toppings: Garden of Life Organic Flax Seed and Antioxidant Fruit, Nature's Path Hemp Seed Granola, unsweetened coconut flakes and freeze dried blueberries.

Hey, this is so amazing post! My family is also vegan and I always get confused while making the breakfast. Your posts would help me a lot dear. Anyway, I really like the idea of morning Green energy drinks and smoothies.
