With all this talk about Spicy Chicken Sandwiches and Chicken Wars, I decided to make my own version and of course make it vegan!
This Tofu Chicken Patty has spot on texture and a nice sweet spicy heat. If you haven't had tofu before or think you don't like it, consider giving this a try. I start with frozen tofu, so the texture becomes like that of chicken. You can use the base recipe for tofu fried chicken or tofu nuggets.
The marinade gives it such flavor and juiciness without leaving the patty soggy.
